Scouting activities are happening under the coronavirus pandemic, with appropriate measures in place.
Welcome to Robin Hills Scout Group, probably the best group of cubs and scouts in the world!
We meet in Robin Hills, Johannesburg, South Africa. There are about 30 cubs, 30 scouts and 14 adult scouters. Here you can learn about us as a group and scouting in general and we hope you will want to become a cub or scout too! Click on one of the items above and see what we get up to.
Robin Hills are a mixed gender scouting group, we have both boys and girls as members. Cubs are between 7 and 10 years of age, scouts are from 11 to 17. Scouting is a world wide movement with millions of members, all of whom follow the same basic format....
Cubs and scouts do all sorts of exciting things. We hike, camp, make things, make friends, learn things, become better people, do things for our comunity and we always have fun!
The Robin Hills Scout Hall is on Oorbietjie Road, corner Blesbok, Robin Hills.

A new publication "This is Scouting" is available from the Scout shop in hard copy, or for download here. This is a must read for new parents and scouts and for anyone wanting to find out more about scouting in South Africa.
Congratulations to Alex Corder for becoming a Springbok Scout!
This is an incredible achievement, it took lots of hard work and support from his family and the Scout Group. He was presented with his Badge and Certificate on Sunday 22 January 2017.
Please download the "web and contact consent form" for your child here, print it, fill it in and return it at the next scout meeting or e-mail it. This is for permission for adult scouters to contact your child directly, to use your child's first name (first name only) and pictures on the web site and Facebook group. Where there is more than one child with the same first name, we would use the initial of the last name to distinguish them, (like Sam S and Sam J).
